NAPPANEE, Ind. – In July, Gulf Stream Coach welcomed owners of the company’s Vintage Cruiser and Vista Cruiser travel trailers to a “Celebration” at Oakland Park on the company grounds in Nappanee, Indiana, for an exchange of camping experiences, information, and friendship.
The Vintage and Vista Cruiser owners enjoyed a day full of presentations, small group discussions, and casual conversations designed to heighten their enjoyment of owning and camping in a Vintage or Vista Cruiser.
Joining the RVers were members of the Gulf Stream Coach management team and experts from suppliers of key components. Using a combination of classroom presentations and a “corral” of trailers to create small discussion groups, owners were able to directly discuss their questions with experts and each other.
One highlight was a free-wheeling review of the biggest-ever survey of Vintage and Vista Cruiser purchasers, where attendees explored and commented on the camping lifestyle, activities, and habits of thousands of other owners. Participants also discussed building on the busy schedule of Vintage and Vista Cruiser rallies by coordinating dates and locations of future events. And, like all get-togethers of campers, the group enjoyed each others’ company, great food, and the natural environment of ponds, meadows, and streams of the Oakland Park venue.
“Our Annual Celebration is all about enriching the ownership experience for all Vintage and Vista Cruiser owners,” said Gulf Stream Coach President Phil Sarvari. “Plus, while our customers are learning how to get the most out of their trailers, we are gaining priceless insights about what is important to them. That information bears directly on the refinements and changes we make in our products, and gives us insights that can affect our dealers’ sales in positive, profitable ways.”
